• Services and starting prices shown on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our expertise or current capacity.
• Final scope, deliverables, and pricing for your project are defined in your individual written quote.

Prices listed on our website are starting prices in US Dollars (USD). Final project pricing is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.

• A deposit — typically 50% of the project total — is required to begin work, with the balance due at completion or launch.
• Monthly services (SEO, social media, paid ads) are billed month to month with no long-term lock-in.
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer or other methods agreed at the time of invoicing.
• All transactions are handled securely. We do not store full payment card details.

Engaging Corbooks for a project constitutes agreement to the scope, timeline, and price set out in your quote. A project is confirmed once you approve the quote and pay the required deposit.

• Projects typically begin within 1–2 weeks of deposit receipt, depending on our schedule.
• You'll receive regular updates throughout your project via email or your agreed communication channel.
• We reserve the right to decline or pause any engagement at our discretion, with a pro-rated refund of unused fees.
• Projects can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund of the deposit. Contact corbooksofficial@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Estimated timelines are provided in your project quote and are typical, not guaranteed — scope changes and how quickly you provide feedback both affect delivery dates.

• Most websites launch in 3–4 weeks. Larger builds, mobile apps, or e-commerce stores typically take 5–8 weeks.
• Corbooks is not liable for delays caused by late feedback, content, or approvals from the client, or by circumstances outside our control.
• Ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, accounts) transfers to you upon final payment.

We want you to be genuinely happy with the work. Our cancellation and refund terms:

• Deposits are refunded in full if you cancel before work begins.
• Once work has started, refunds are assessed based on work completed and issued at our discretion.
• Monthly services (SEO, social, ads) can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice — no refund for the current billing period.
• Every project includes 30 days of free bug-fix support after launch.

Until final payment is received, all designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of Corbooks Limited. Upon full and final payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you.

• Corbooks retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our internal tools, templates, or proprietary frameworks used to deliver your project.
• All content on the Corbooks website — text, graphics, logo — is our property and protected by copyright.

If you create an account on our website — for example, to track an order or access resources — you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately at corbooksofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.

Digital marketing and development results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable Hong Kong law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corbooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use our website.
• Damages resulting from any services purchased through Corbooks, beyond the amount you paid for those services.
• Any errors or omissions in our content or service descriptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
